These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PhysiqOS platform, website, SMS delivery system, digital fitness programs, and all products and services offered through PhysiqOS (collectively, the “Service”). PhysiqOS provides daily fitness content, including workouts, meal plans, coaching prompts, motivational messages, and related digital training materials delivered primarily through SMS, email, and in-platform links. PhysiqOS is not a medical or healthcare service.

4. Subscription & Billing
PhysiqOS operates on a recurring subscription basis.
4.1 Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize PhysiqOS to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or otherwise specified) until you cancel. Renewal occurs on the same date each billing cycle.

4.4 Refunds

Cancellations do not issue retroactive refunds.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any PhysiqOS message.

7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Share your subscription or content with others

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the material while subscribed. You may not copy or redistribute content.
